Corpus Christi TX - May 17, 2012 (Thursday)

Went up to see him at the Executive Surf Club, after I missed his last Corpus date about 3 years ago. Him and the bassist simply showed up with a guitar each (and the drummer with a basic kit), set up quickly and proceeded to play on the provided amps. Just how it should be. He went on at after 9pm and ended at 11:35pm.

The PA wasn't the best (it is 2012 and the house guys still obviously don't know how to optimize one), but it was cool seeing Chris right there for $8. He even wants me to send my tabs to check out. I also took the ABSOLUTE WORST pics and video possible, but here they are.

Next time I see him I'll be sure to have zoomed in and properly exposed video. I'll even make sure not to have my finger over the microphone!
