I finally was able to discern the parts and tab it. Since the piece is played in a straight manner which doesn't lend itself to the typical guitaristic sounds that give away positioning, I had to use my best judgement.
For the Cello/Emperor part, CG plays a note down REALLY low that I transcribed as a 7 string instead (which exist). Anyway, enjoy and I'll try to have another CDG tab by two weeks. My goal is to have one song from each album. For Guitar Pro, Powertab and text.
