I've seen Chris a couple of times. He signed my "89" White Strat. When I saw him with BlueStone at the Clearwater Theater in West Dundee,IL. Chris remembered me. I have a you tube vid of "My Way Down" with a band I was in a few yrs. ago and I'm playing that Strat Check it out.

First time I saw Mr. Duarte live was when Joe Satriani brought him out as a surprise guest for the jam at the end of the G3 show at Austin Music Hall on the first G3 tour. THAT was awesome! Since then, I have dragged SO MANY friends to see him play at Steamboat (the last time, when Steamboat was on Riverside for a few days, Los Lonely Boys OPENED for him!), Carlos & Charlie's, Antone's, Sunken Garden Amphitheatre (where he jammed with Steve Miller!)and of course the Dixie Theater in Aggieland, where once the lovely Big Red wouldn't let Chris and the guys off stage without playing Wish You Were here for us! I remember talking my Mom into accompanying me to a CDG show at a small bar in Waco, and afterward she caught him trying to sneak out through the crowd and gave him a big hug! We MISS Chris in Tejas!

Just saw Chris and Bluestone at the Zoo Bar in Lincoln. Thanks for the free tickets! I thanked Chris as well and picked up the "Staring at the Sun" dvd. Great show! Chris and Bluestone sound like they have been playing together forever!
